Hi there, I am actually new to the alchemy system...
I only made it once with an accessory elixir in ECSRO and another on ISRO. It was on a level 18 necklace.. Anyway, I saw some one posting his necklace and it was a level 98 or something +7
He wanted to + it more BUT he asked if he does or no. He said there was a risk.
Is there a way where alchemy can DESTROY the item or no??
If so then what are the risks for that??
Thanks in advance

Re: Alchemy Question
An item can be destroyed (gone) if you try for +6 and higher. This woun't happen if you have immortal on the item.
An item can become repair invlaid if you do not have steady on the item and you try to put a blue on it.

If you try to make your weapon +6 and it fails It could be that the weapon dissapears if this is the case and you have 6 immortal on your weapon then your weapon will not dissapear and there will be 5 immortal left on the weapon.
Same goes for steady.

Re: Alchemy Question
Immortal - item can't be destroyed, Astral - once item is +4 or higher, it can't go below +4 if failed. Steady - If fails, item won't get dur reduced.

downgrade???? This is why translators are bad.
If you are using elixirs to make a higher plus. If it fails, it WILL ALWAYS go straight to 0.
If the item was +4 or higher and it has Astral, in which case it will drop to 4.
If item was +5 or higher, and it fails. Without Astral, it will go to 0 like normal, but there is a chance it can be destroyed (gone forever), or have durability reduced. To prevent destroy, use immortal, to prevent losing durability, use steady.
