Is it worth it to pimp 1 degree SoS

I have a 1 degree female cotton hood Seal of Star. HP 30 (100%) Durability 10% (0%). Is it worth it to use stones to add blues to try and sell it? I can't see it being worth it to use elixirs to + it any as the price of the elixir would probably out way any return.

I'm sure there's someone out there that would buy this. Of course the store purchase price is 600. What would be a good offer as is?

Don't pimp anything until last levels. Keep the elements, you will need a lot. But as ltsune says, some high level players have low level sox weapons +X, and they pay well

It's worth it if you can afford it and have decent sox weapons and gear.

you can always pimp a d1 sox... but only a weapon will get value out of it, sos d1 gear is nearly worthless.
people pay good for sox 1 weapons though.
Now the question "is it worth it?" entails many parameters, some of them personal to the asker.
