Whats the quest called that you get the lvl 98 ring npc....and also what npc is it?

Is it really just a 98 NPC ring? Due to description it seems like. But anybody done this quest already?

I'm done with prequests for all final quests, but my mates havent done all the quests or some necessary ppl like tanks still havent started -.-

I don't post because there's so much drama that goes on in forums. Only if it is a need of help, or something I have knowledge about then I will post. I have scoped through these forums many of times, and decided to just recently create an account. Post counts mean nothing.

Is it really just a 98 NPC ring? Due to description it seems like. But anybody done this quest already?

The description say's that it is. However, I have not reached the level to unlock the quest so I am not 100% positive that it gives that item. I am only lvl 93 atm.
