Need Help!!!!

Firstly it gives the server list i chose the server, type my name and password up, thn press connect and at the bttom it says 'requesting user infomation' and thn i get some sorta pop up on the screen saying 'disconnect to server' and when i press confirm ( which i have to because i cant click anything else) its closes the window, and i have tried every server about 10 times each over the past 2 days at diffrent times but have had no luck.

Any help would be great!!!

This is pretty common during the weekend when the servers are busy. Usually just requires patience and trying several times in a row to get in. That is the default behaviour of the clien though to give that message and close when the servers are too busy.

I managed to get on it about 1am

But its pretty useless game if you cant play it when you want.
