hello there ive recently tried to register to play silkroadonline and ive been waiting for over 3weeks for a confirmation email and still waiting have tried to re register under diferant names and emails still same problems and my m8 are having the same probs was woundering as theres no contact info on the website if ne 1 here could help me and my m8s out or give me a contact info for those guys cos when we go to submit a bug it brings us to the lovely front page same as everything els cheers dj

What email provider are you using? You shouldn't have any problems with hotmail or yahoo.

Do you even get a confirmation e-mail? I went looking for one in my Gmail box a few weeks ago and didn't see one...

Hm... A friend of mine told me that your username has to be all lowercase (and maybe not have numbers either). If you've been using a username with caps, try using a different one.

I.e.:
"banzaimonkey" not "BanzaiMonkey", or something.

did that all lowercase still the same for me and my friends just dont have a clue everywere else ive signed up to works just having probs with silkroad

so i take it no 1 can get me in this game thans to those who tried to help but i think its just that its a very poor way for the register system to not allow n e player to register n e more looks like ill just stick with flyff fly for fun
