Fair enough on that, but it would of been a bit better to complie the
list based on the games reviews, general gamer reciving and critis
opinions.

The point I was trying to make is, if the original didn't win anything, the 5th and 2nd installment in the series won't have a chance either, unless they make some revolutionary change. They didn't.

Well, all of these games are great, you can go to any magazine or tv show or website, and all of these games would have started out on the GOTY list or even won, now in this case, you have to look at this way, WHO CARES WHAT GAMESPOT OR G4 says the game of the year is, it's SRFs' decision to make their own, and you guys vote, it seems the majority is happy with the list, and at least me I would run a little bit of democracy unlike some admins ^_^ but thats beside the point.
