Running SRO on uBuntu Hardy..

Hey, I recently reformated my pc with uBuntu on it, I dont actually know how it works or how to use the command terminal, but some rl friends are helping me with that, they have told me to run a game like sro I need an application called "Wine" which I have installed, the only problem is that I cant download sro because http://www.silkroadonline.net doesnt open, since im not using windows, I have checked this thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=94083&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=running+sro+on+a+linux
But it didnt answer my questions, so does anyone know how to open the sro website with ubuntu, or knows one of the mirrors that I can get it from?

Unless you've got a really nice gaming rig, running SRO through Ubuntu is gonna suck hard because you'll be emulating it through WineX. You're better off dual-booting with Windows XP, IMHO.

Bull shit. Read my guide. If anything, Using Ubuntu will speed up your Silkroad
