I have to say I used to be pretty religious about 9-8 hours before I went to college, Then Partying and Gambling kept me up all night. I got about 4-5 hours sleep at night

Now, my girlfried has moved in and well Id say we get about 7 hours or less sleep at night. When one of us is up both of us are.
I think I need to change this

Granps, Anyone else ?

I personally think 8-9 hours is healthiest.

I feel a bit like Turk in the episode of Scrubs where Karla gets him to go to bed Early so he dosent wake her up.....

my school starts at 7:15 :(

i read that you need to sleep at 10pm to grow taller

At the moment I'm sleeping 8-9 hours a night. Before I left HS I was sleeping maybe 5 or 6 a night.

i also sleep like 4-5 hours a night though, and like half off the day on sunday xD
always work at 6 so :P
