Was listening to something on the radio saying the song was in a handful of languages and that shit gets popular fast all around the world when people actually understand it. Guess it could be a factor.

The reason is because people see it has lots of views and wonder why so they click it thus giving it more views, then there are those who post it in forums like this thus giving it more views, then there is word of mouth, when a friend tells a friend this video got lots of views and friend wants to check it out thus more views and it all adds up.
