Anyone good with editing sound?

Ok so i had this idea that sounds so funny when i think about it and i tried to do it myself but i couldnt get it to sound just right.

Last week i got Blue side light blubs so my side lights on my car are blue and when i turn them on and off it looks like iam a police car (scares people) and today i came across this ringtone from jamstar that is a police siren but it only lasts like 4 seconds.

So what iam trying to get someone to do is make the sound longer with the sound that starts at 2 seconds and ends at 3 so i can play the sound in my car and flash my side lights...

I know this is maybe against the law but you only live once right?

I'd love someone to make an awesome serin that lasts a while.

download some music editing software? ive seen soem trial verisions of a dj prog, just search on google

I was asking if someone who has did something like that before to try it, i tried with sony vegas and couldnt get it to sound right.

why not just stick it in windows movie maker under the audio tab and copy and paste til its as long as you want....

if it doesnt sound right, crop parts out until it does...

also, sounds cool but yes its against the law to impersonate a police car or officer lol, who cares though.

Yeah i also tried windows movie maker, i cropped the part that i want to continue on and on but it didnt sound good becuase it was like [play][stop][play] so i moved them onto each other so there wouldnt be a stop but that sounded like an echo.
