I came up with something incredible while replying to a post and wanted to extend my idea to a broader audience.

Double, heck, TRIPLE the exp rate FFS.
Double the drop rate for items.
Double the gold rate from monsters.
Oh, here is whats unique about this-

Only for party monsters. Do all this for party mobs.

Make it so when chines are in a party, they get a "party buff" initially, like an initial +30 or +40% value to all of their skills and imbues.

For example.. Fire nuke 300%, when you enter a party, you get an initial buff of +30% to the fire nuke. Every 15 min of party play ( continuous killing ) you gain anywhere from 2 to 4% added on.

And then, over time, every 15 min or so, +2-4% increase on this "party play" buffs for chinese only. Every 30 min or so, there could be +2% to damage absorbtion and + to int and str or just directly +health and mana.

What will this do?

It will make it so that chinese can have a place in the party. They still won't match up to Euros in damage or anything, but for serious players who love partying and who love playing with others, a system like this can captivate players to play more and more, and as time goes by, they get closer to european damage and effectiveness standards. It gets funner, faster, more intense for chinese players- and european and chinese working together = win.

How can this work?

First, extend the party limit from 8 to 10 once you hit lvl 50. Then once you hit lvl 82 or 84, make it to 11 or 12.

And finally, this system would be perfect because it would eliminate powerleveling. It would be much funner and more effective to be a chinese OR european and fight party mobs with the Triple EXP and Double drop and gold changes to party mobs. Make this a game where you have a real choice between partying or soloing.

Not a game where legit can only be euro, and where botter is always chinese.

It will make power leveling more efficient as they now get triple the EXP for each mob they kill >_<

Bad idea is bad. Chinese is a soloing race, hence the lack of party buffs. European is a party based race, hence the party buffs. It should stay this way.

For powerleveling, i say put a definite level limit. Make the 10 or 11 level thing APPLY. So if a lvl 20 parties with a lvl 25, they get exp.

If a lvl 20 parties with a lvl 35+, then exp drops significantly?

Yeah, chinese being able to play in parties is just not right.

There would be full bot parties every where instead of botters taking 1-2 month to hit cap they will bot in parties all day and night and hit cap much earlier.

I would love to, but when the only way to play a game is to completely bow down and register to player made "white and black" lists and that is the only way to enjoy a legit community...
