Can I still use this quest to make botters murderer and if I abandon this quest can I take it again later?

I believe you can take it multiple times and I think that the murder trick no longer works.

As far as I know the bots have been updated, but some use cracked bots and others just haven't updated yet, so there's still victims to be found. :)
