Problems installing sro

Since i got no help in technical place, i'm going to have to find help over here.
When i tryied to install sro, it installed fine, but installing window disappears about 95%. I disabled my avg, then rebooted pc, tryied to install sro again, but now i got msg like: This is the file that can be used after legend3 update. Sorry for bad english, and i searched forum, but i didnt found similar problem.

just click it again coz it says CAN be used after legend 3
