monkey storage!!!

ok i am level 38 and yet my monkey still only has one full page of inventory... now it says there is 5 but only the 1st is usable... could someone please tell me when i can use the rest of the pages???

at the moment, only one page is available to anyone. if you need more storage, do the inventory expansion quests if you haven't yet.
