How strong are s/s nukers in PvP?

How strong are s/s nukers in PvP with Bicheon, Cold and Lightning fully farmed and high level snow shield?

What Build are they able to kill? Blader, Glaviers, or Spear?

:S any full farmed char is good at pvp... they can kill all builds and die to all too except maybe a str nuker :S

Yeah i guess since every Chinese build is equal. They can tank with snow shield+ phy defense increase + shield.

its all in how they are used in pvp. with strategic placing of Knockdowns (and stabs(if your s/s)) Knock back ((if your Spear) allow you to delay the onslaught of a Str attacker alowing you to regenerate your health using pots while still being able to dish out massive dammage. the thing is any build can be good vs. another (not including euro vs. china pvp) provided the player knows how to play/ use the build
