Dc problem (not the regular one)

Well as you can see in my sig i play on ksro so here is my problem:
Everytime i play in share partys in chin tomb at lv 95 mobs i often dc..
It regular happens when the puller pulls the mobs to the party and the party start killing the mobs. That is the moment i dc and get the ??? error. (well in my case it is written in korean)
Please help me otherwise i cant party anymore

well if ur gettting the ??? error update ur graphic drivers and install windows updates to start and report back.

My graphique driver are updated and i always install windows updates
what do you mean with report back

so i tried the solution in the guide(viewtopic.php?t=34702 error 2)
but it doesnt work :/
i think it doesnt work because it is ksro not isro so can anyone help me?
