Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

Silkroad Online has prepared a massive bot punishment in order to satisfy the request of our users.
Please understand that this preparation has took a long time because we have increased the accuracy of blocking massive number of bots without harming good intentioned players.

We will proceed the punishment as soon as the preparation is complete.
In order to promote clean gaming environment, we ask our users not to use bots, as using bots will block the user's account permanently.

We will announce further information regarding the date of punishment when it's ready.

Meaning that the ones who buy silk wont be banned. So thats like 99% of them lol. nice try though.

Any bot related bans right now is a welcomed sight. Gold bots off would temporarily relieve the traffic, and all those players who think its legal to bot is proven wrong, ToS change or not.

I dont care if it is gold bots or not, it proves they at leaast try and at least that botting is still illegal despite what ppl say.

I hope it's like the last mass ban and they detect all the altered clients. lol Id laugh my ass off.

Hmmm reading this while grinding in World Of Kung Fu online. But that's not the issue (cool game though

). After being so inactive from SRO, I'll come back for sure. But again, they have a history of having a laughable list of bots. Very true and I agree, it will reduce the traffic on the servers. I hope so, I do miss the good old days of sro. I want to connect gdam it! :banghead:

Wooo, this may free up some room on servers. Its a step in the right direction anyway im glad there at least doing something about bots opposed to what they were doing (nothing at all).

I agree, even though it's grat to see them doing their job, they're still doing it wrong by giving the botters warning time to stash their gear.

so hope this is for real and we get rid of the goldbots,because i love this game and i can't leave i try and play other online games but this always makes me come back.
One question please why do we have the netguard what does that do excatly.And last thing how do i get that symbol that says what server i am uner the location thnks.

Yes they make one huge ban once a year. WHAT they SHOULD do is recruit active GM-s who monitor server in daily basis. You really think that one silly ban can get rid of them ? nope! Jm, first of all but your money on anti-cheat program and recruit staff who would communicate with hes members.
