Aege has loads of Dutch people too, but.... it also has a guy called _Dutchy_ whis is one of the biggest e-idiots around and seriously lacks rl attention. For the rest its oke

RedSea got alot of dutch ppl. DutchReapers is strongest dutch guild with like 15 lv 80 and 15 others who are 70+. And if you are in DutchReapers you get free plvl from lv 55-70 ^^
If you wanna start a new char on a nice server as a dutch man, come to RedSea i would say.
