For this cap, a fire build may deal (slightly) more damage than a lightning build. At the next caps however, you're starting to run into trouble, since that loss of magical damage increase buff is really going to hurt. Then there's fire/lightning/cold as a build of course; if you don't care too much about 1vs1 pvp that's actually pretty reasonable.

Nah, i'd rather be saracstic about it, and i have a little faith in the poster to be more mentally advanced then a donkey, and find the different sections himself.
