all members have some nice picture and i don't plzz if you can explain et to me

Go to your Profile and fill in your Location.
If you want a picture, type the servername instead, like Rome, Xian, Venus or whatever.
Like I said 2 times before, filling in your location ALSO enables you to post in OTHER sections than Site Discussion only. /facepalm
Avatar & Signature settings are also to be added via the profile menu.
