Time to Change the skin

after looking at the professional artist corner in SRF i'd say u should make a new skin for the site cuz this one is here since i joined like a year ago and idk if it's here since the begining
so, it's just a suggestion no need to say "that's how SRF looks like if you don't like it just leave"
