dunno if im missing something, but i tooka couple of screens with Fraps, and they all are JPEGs, when i try to submit them i keep getting this error
"Invalid file type. Submission only allows JPG for images. Please try again." at first i thought i might have to host the images and i tried that but no luck, and then i uploaded pics from my PC still got the same erroe. and im sure they are JPEG format, is there some type of size limit or something? or do i not have enough posts or something to submit pics?

Odd indeed.

I just approved 7 submitted screenshots. So its not a universal problem.

Did you make the 'jpg' lowercase spelling?

Do you have odd characters in the filename that are unnaceptable for unix?

What browser are you using?

What do your cookie / privacy setting look like?

Security settings?

Wong:

has it any kind of ' or spaces in the name of the file?
Unix systems are somewhat unforgiving with these ones.

nope, didnt work. is there a filesize limit or anything?

The file size is only limited by the PHP core settings for uploading - which is 2mb.

The dimensions do not matter; the script I wrote automatically resizes in both directions, if the image exceeds my preset dimensions.

If smaller, it does nothing.

Then it stamps it with the SRF tag.
