Silkroad Online Forums

Hey, i'm soon to release a silkroad fansite, i have been designing over an old template used currently on my gaming website. So far i have made an early stage banner, and i have the overall concept planned out.

What my idea is, is to have the owner of srf agree to form an actual homepage, and use the forums here as ofcourse a place for us all to discuss here.....as we do anyway. With a website i think srf can become more respected as a website in general. I hope the idea sparks up some interest...and here is the design so far for those interested. I will be making the website regardless...



I also know how to skin phpbb to be embedded on this very design below....ive worked with ipb, vb and more so im sure i can do it on phpbb.

Yeah he should definitely take what hes working on for his website and give it to someone else….

Like the idea, pass it on to ryok and he should be provide feed back if not agree with yea, either way good luck!

Right now it isnt even close to the feel i want, i will add allot more "sro style" pieces to it, currently it is just an sro banner on one of my design templates i made a few months back. I need to redo parts and make it more sro.

If the owner decides this is a good idea, then this maybe the new look for srf ^^ If not im sure theres room for a fully featured sro fansite to come, i been running sites for sometime now so it will be nice to get a visually nice sro site that isnt ksro lmao!

yeah i agree with you and when they changed the forum look it was a hard time for me to find anything..

your work is beautiful. the decision is ultimately Ryoko's, but i agree with those who have said that i do not want to add a layer on top of SRF. it is not MMOSite.
