Dowload P2P client or not??

Do I need to download the P2P client to play Silkroad online??
P2P means Peer to Peer (not pay to play), it's a torrent download.
Login with your silkroad account on the website, and click on the other website buttons for normal downloads (e.g. fileshack, fileplanet, filefront etc.)
