PK2 need answer

I read alot about PK2 editing but still not very clear about this topic i hope some of u can explain to me
i have a few question that always wanted to ask so i join this site just for this topic alone
Here is my question
1. What is PK2??
2. Are we allowed to Modify it?
3. After some deta inside PK2 file been change, The game still function?
4. Can other player in game see the change in our char after
Modification took place?
5. And if we change (for example) weapon from 5d+3 to+9 or 8d+9 will it
increase the attacking power
6. So our char can become stronger with better waepon in the server
right?
7. If all the answer is NO then why PPL talk so much about this topic

PS. can i make my own SUSUN?? I guess the answer in NO huh!!!
