[READ] IF YOU CAN NOT POST ON SRF

New posting restrictions:
- You can not post anywhere on the board except Site Discussion if you do not have an avatar and/or a location field.
- Go to your Profile and add an avatar and fill in your Location.
- You can not start your own topics in General Discussion unless you have more than 15 posts.
- You can not participate in the Exposed Botters forum unless you have 75 posts or more and your account is 14 days old or more.
- You can not post on the board until 24 hours after registering.
