New posting restrictions:- You can't post anywhere on the board except Site Discussion if you do not have an avatar and a location field.
- You can't start your own topics in General Discussion unless you have more than 15 posts.
- You can't participate in the bot forum unless you have 75 posts or more and your account is 14 days old or more.
- You cannot post on the board until 24 hours after registering.
