Do I dare click my new link, "Mass Prune Screens" ?

Oh lord, what have I done.

Showing screenshots waiting for your approval:

There are no screenshots waiting for approval.

Server Statistics:

Total Screens: 862
Total Files: 1724
Total KBytes: 52581k
Total Votes: 14949

Database Tools:

Rebuild Vote Data
This rebuilds the ratings for all screenshots, and removes any lost votes. Rebuilding the database will take some time, please wait for the page to reload.

Mass Prune Screens
This deletes all screenshots 14 days or older, that have a rating less than 7.

(498 screenshots will be deleted.)

Approx 15 pages worth of 20 screens each will be left.

I recommend a mass email to registered users explaining that the Screenshot function is not meant to be a free FTP space to link to, and if they have linked to their screenshots they may want to reupload to imageshack/photobucket/other before you prune those with low votes. That is, if you haven't done it already.

You really should just keep the best of the best screenshots up, and delete the lower rating ones periodically(say once a week, or once a month.) That way the screenshots will be junk free. It will help free up some bandwidth also.

Beleive it or not, this freed up a huge ammount of space.

500 screens at an average of 60k each.....
