Admin is my boss
Im just a worker
Did that explain it good?

Anyway; A admin is for the whole forum. He can change everything. While a mod is just only for some sections. Global mod can moderate on each forum, while a section mod can only mod at the section he is put on

Administrators have more authorities than moderators.
Admins are the managers and mods are the helpers :O

admin has more rights.
admins can bann, while moderators cant.
admins can delete and make forum sections, while moderators can't.
that's it i think

^^ Global Moderators can ban as well *waves banstick*
admin can change the forum. they can change sigs.
globals can warn, ban, lock/etc in all parts of the forum. we just cant change the forum, change sigs/profiles
the section mods just have power over their assigned part of the forum. they cant ban or warn

we can warn, when given permission. We just can't ban

Administrators have access to the ACP which can control the everyday functions of the forums.
Moderators in phpbb3 get a moderators control panel, which is much crappier in comparison to the ACP but they can delete an entire forum in a few clicks if they have the rights permissions.

Yes there are definitely more options in the ACP than in the MCP. I also assume, if SRF is like other forums, that global/section mods do not have any control over the layout of the forums or the website itself. They can't change HTML and/or CSS code, whereas admins can.
Admins also have control over user/group permissions whereas I believe global/section mods do not.
