Beta Testing an IRC

We have installed an IRC Server on the server and our currently beta testing the IRC chat at thehelper.net If we can prove it safe and it does not take up too much bandwidth it could be made available to you guys. Do you guys want a chat?

We are almost done with the closed beta on th.net - we are then going to open it up on th.net and see what kind of bandwidth, etc it uses and then we will see about getting you guys hooked up. However, though we do have alot of bandwidth you guys have lots of members and I cannot promise anything until I find out what kind of resources this is going to require.

We Understand that.
I was hear when the SRF Chat *Look Up* was working, it used to be the highlight of tuesdays. People would always be in chat, talking and having fun.
If TH does put up a Chat server, im sure it would be much appreciated by the community.
Well, at least i know ive always been pushing to have Chat back up.

Looks like chat is a long shot for you guys. VB 3.0 is on hold as well for whatever reason though I am going to push for that change ASAP.

Aww man,
Well hopefully we can get some sort of official Chat up and running.As ive said, ive always enjoyed it.
