Idea for a new forum section: Debate section.

Seems like lots of thread's get de-railed with debates/arguments. Debate section=fix to the problem. The mods could set up some rules to keep it from becoming one giant flame war. I donno if it would cost more money, or if people would use it much. Just an idea I had.

I still say if we need to debate, we can just create a thread about it in the OTL; after all, isn't that what the OTL is for?
