Would it be possible to have that option on the forum index page? Thus I don't have to go in to every category in order to mark the category as read.

Well it was the fact the "Mark all topics read" is in the upper right of a forum's page, but I couldn't locate the Mark all forums read, with it at the bottom left. I suppose if one figures you should scroll down past all forum links to find it then it isn't an issue.
Curious as to why the Users online and Mark all read are at the top of forums but the bottom of the index? I believe most sites have it at the top.

Try this...
move the "Who is online" box above the "You have X messages" at the top.
move the "Mark all forums read" below the "Who is online" box, in a location that seems intuitive, I recommend somewhere on right side.

Ahh..my suggestion was for the mods to try on a local script if they wanted to, not to actually change the current site.
