Restriction to prevent spam bots.

Just saw a topic posted in OTL which had images of graphic porn in it. I'm sure we could prevent that if we just make a restriction on the forums. Must have 50, or even 100 posts to post images, to add onto it, make it so OTL doesn't add onto post count.
