Suggestions.

Hello Guys.

Well, as we all know SRF has a great reputation amongst the world of SRO players and even SRO staff. With people constantly being referred to SRF for guidance and a community, which is a great thing and we love to get new people joining SRF. The great guides and all the help which you guys give those who ask for it always gives a positive face to SRF. However, now we ask what more do we want?

In this thread we want our users to give us some suggestions of what they would like added, changed or removed to the forums. We only want serious suggestions please and this topic will be kept clean of any flames or troublesome posts as they will be deleted without notice. Also please try to limit your reply to suggestions, and not just general chat about pre-posted suggestions. Although it is encouraged, please try to limit it.

When you post a suggestion please try to keep it to this format.

Suggestion: (Give a Description of what your suggestion is)
Reason: (Give a reason for why you suggested it, and how it would benefit the forum.)

TO BE ADDED : kSRO general sub forum.

Hi,

I play iSRO and don't plan on going on to kSRO or anything else, I think there may be quite a few in my case. Considering the increasing amount of kSRO topics, would it not be a good idea to group all of them in a single kSRO subforum? It would make things easier for those looking for specific information, and it might clear up the rest of the forum.

Just my little suggestion.

I know I already posted this but no one replied.

add more ot forums i mean other forums have real life chat forums and ice box which is basicly a forum to vent anger

also ryoko's reputation system that has been said will be added but never was

oh and a wow sub forum most people stay here cus its a kool place to chat but at times otl get stuffed with wow stuff

hell even make a ot forum for Other Games and let otl have non game related chat or video chat stay there

Suggestion: pokemon subforum in OTL
Reason: Pokemon chat seems to have been annoying other users in the off topic longue. A pokemon subforum would help ease their pain. THeres also been a complaining anti pokemon FC thread lol.

The chat was disabled, too much bandwidth (as I understand it).

I'd like the power to send a small electrical current through a user's keyboard so that when I have to edit a post the person who I edit (or lock) get's a mild, but humane, shock. It should increase in duration and intensity with the number of times I have to edit their posts.

I promise not to abuse this power any more than is absolutely necessary

since u mods dont like spammers

how about a postcounter.. so you cant just post like 5
posts in 15 minutes or so. that would get rid of

1) useless posts
2) agressive posts cause ppl dont take the time to read properly
3) spammers that made a new account and want to spam all forums

the new "other versions of sro" forum isnt implemented in the menu

it's deliciously easy to do, but i personally do not have the power to do it. Ryoko is the one for that.
