How do I install to my avatar the flag that shows us which server we are on

How can I add quatation, color, size, underline and [color=blue]pictures to my sig?

Second questions is like you have a quatation about key-j, i mean how can i do that?

When you make a post, you see buttons that say quote, list, img, etc..

When you press those, "tags" appear in the text window.

These tags tell the forum how to format the text.

A quote tag makes a quote, image tag makes an image appear, etc..

What you have to do is figure out which tag you need for what you want to do, then manually type it, or copy/paste it into your signature.
Make sure to end your tag, or it will not work

Thx i was wondering that
