Well, since this guy is spamming the general discussion with topics in some kind of turkish langauge, i started thinking about the mods, who could be online. I figured all of the mods are from the US, except for Hello_Kitty.
Which means they are all offline now beacuse i'ts night over there.

How about Ryoko recruiting some moderators from other country's with different timezones? That way there will always be a mod online

That is not true. Key-J is in Indonesia... But yes you are right, there are times that non of the Mods are around. That will always happen to a forum anyway.

Im from Sweden and Im awake when most of USA is asleep Think there is a 7 hour diffrence between USA and Sweden. Id be happy to help with some forum moderation.

Just don't reply to those worthless posts, Mod will be there to clean it all up sooner or later.
Besides, it's easier to find threads like these when there are no replies on them. At least that's how it goes at our forums.

keep in mind that mods have lives too. Sometimes no one is available regardless of timezone.

Is true, yes i live in Indonesia, so im actually around 12Hrz difference from the States

Now, on normal days, my active times are about 4pm-12am +7GMT If that...

I do have another life, outside the forums. Quite a busy life, let me post you a PM i sent a member here, who noticed that i hadnt been on as much: to give you a small example of what i did this month:

"Well, it's just that im the chair of the Student IB commity, so i oversee a lot of the school projects.

I dont care tho, its good for my CV so its aight. Just sometimes, there is to much 2 do.. and it MUST be done, not like HwK which you can get away with, its like presentations or wtvr.

For example, today the opening of the new school theater. We had a group from the London National Theater performing, so i had to greet them, work them. Everything you know, then when the British ambassador came, i had to usher him in, and his wife (who's smile i absoluteley detest!)

Then i got a break, got to talk to an Ex-teacher who is teaching at another school, that came with 8 students to watch the show, i had to usher them as well, make sure they knew were they were seated, and that everything was alright. That each student, from my school as well had a pamphlet for the show, so whilst the show was starting, i was still running in and out, grabbing pamphlets and brining in late commers.

Then after the show, i also had to go back and make sure the actors knew where the "reception" dinner was, just make sure they got changed and got everything. Make sure the VIPs got a tour, which i had to memorise by heart about 2 days prior, take them to all three levels of the theater and then taking them back to the reception place.

Yeah, its just been way to busy around here! Arg, and of course i have the presentations and Projects for like school work! So yeah, at times i dont think the trouble is worth it, and of course i always have SRF in the back of my mind, wanting to go on and just check that everything is aight.. So yeah, the reason would be, cuz its all hectic right now..."

So yeah, we do the best we can to get OL, and check whats going on, but honestly we cant always be here, sometimes you just have to take the iniciative and not post in topics you know are going to be removed, encourage flames which you know are going to be put out... Things along those lines.

Yea so dont complaine about mods now. And the have to a busy life..but when the come back we always see when the are here .

But one is like a spycops (Ryo-Ohki ) pop ups sometime to.
And dont forget Ryoko/Admin whit hes funny comments sometime when he pop ups lol

Yea ofcourse guys i understand you also have a life apart from SRF.

It's not some kinda complain topic its just a suggestion. Theres always some time in a day without a mod active.

so i'm right? I said "from the usa", which means you would have been made/brought to world there.

No, it means you live there. I was born in Arizona but I never say I'm from Arizona because I don't live there.

If any mods are needed, i already said i was volunteer. I might not do a great job answering people's questions but I live in Europe (diff timezone) and i can delete spam bots.
