To get an Oasis, Venice or any other flag do this:

Go to Profile --> Scroll down until you find Location --> In the Location field type correctly the name of you server, with a capital letter in the beginning (example: Oasis or Venice)
Stopped playing SRO a long time ago; still pr0.
