How I can get that server label?
In case you want those, just go to profile, and type the name of your server in 'Location'.

You mean those flags under your avatar?

I tried it, but it did not work. Or does not Alps have that flag?

Alps has a flag yes.
Simply Remove the "Finland" and Type in Alps
It should work.

Now I got alps there but still not working.

Well, you didn't do anything wrong. Alps is one of the newer servers, and the newer servers don't have a flag yet.
