People requested this. Not sure if we have enough people here to actually use it though. If we did do some type of chat system, here is probobly one of the best I found. It integrates with PHPBB, and shares its account data - automatically linking to your account and profile!

2. Forum - Off Topic
Yes, I do agree there are many threads that would fit in here. But I would like to get more posts to put inside it before I can warrant its use. So in a little time, General Discussion should become Silkroad Online Discussion (Or something similar).

3. Forum - Artists Corner
Something I would like to do for sigs, digital editing, and everything else. I see already some people are into this, so it would be nice to have. Plus another area for peeps to hang out. Again, I need to see more of these posts before I can justify having it though.

4. Xians Flag
There will be a new poll with colour choices. I am dissapointed only 9 people voted last time. I think I might put it in GD instead.

5. That extra space
Will be either screenshots, or a link to get started with silkroad, like on the left. Screenshots would be hand picked. The link would help promote SRO, thus promoting us. I havn't decided.

6. Private Guild Forums
This feature is available and working well. I invite guilds to bring members here and make a home for themselves. Read post in guilds and parties.

The private guild forum is a good idea to attract traffic. Saves a guild making its own webspace just to accommodate for its 10 or so users.

Not taking a jab at you or anything but how do you suppose a link to a client download will help promote this forum?

Because we are affiliated and linked with other gaming sites.

More than you see on the left.

And that causes users exactly like this one.

The only dissadvantage I see on this is:

-It appears on the front page every time, forcing you to scroll more.

i think if you stick up the more plausible ones, like the screenies and art section, more people are inclined to do so.

i know for a fact Moogie has a ton of screenies.

6. Private Guild Forums

i recon you should have a forum each just the top 3 guilds and then a general one with a single thread for the other's be keep it tidy say only admins and moderators can add threads for the others if you get me because it seems that would be poular i know it would be more handy for chat between guilds

we have talked about this before. the one thing is that we would want clans to have a minimum of about 5 registered users in order to have their own guild forum. not realy worht the time if there are only one or two ppl using it.

clans that do have a good amount of ppl who want to reg, can contact ryoko or me
