IP/DNS Information Needed

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

In order to assist in the resolution of the issue that is affecting some of our users in regards to connection, we would like those of you with issues to post your IP address and DNS server information to the Bug Report subsection under the Customer Service tab. DO NOT POST THIS INFORMATION TO THE General Technical Issues/Bug Reports Forum! Doing so could compromise the security of your system.

The method to get this information is listed below:

1. Go to the Start button.

2. Select the Run menu selection.

3. You will get a text entry box. Type in 'cmd'.

4. One you are in the windows that opens, please type: 'ipconfig /all'

5. Either post the information that comes after the 'IP Address' and 'DNS Servers' section OR take a screenshot have it hosted on an image hosting site and post the link to it to our Bug Report section.

Again DO NOT POST THIS INFORMATION TO THE General Technical Issues/Bug Reports Forum!







WHERE is the BUG REPORT SECTION ?

Um... No, I can't link you. Go to silkroadonline.net, log in, click on customer service tab like it says.

If you would read a bit more, You know you can connect trought proxy

If you would read a little more, you would know that I have tried about 20 proxies and I cannot.

If you would read, Youve readed that you could use HideMyAss olso.

Be more speciffic.. What didnt load..

1.) HMA (HideMyAss)
2.) Silkroad.net
3.) Verification code?
4.) What browser you using ?
