We need an off topic forum

Benefits: -

1) Less Crap in General and other forums geneal should be more help with SRO type thing

2) Easier to find a topic not to do with SRO an off topic topic
3) MAKE THE WHOLE OVERALL FORUM MORE TIDY

Tidyness is one-third to do with your visitors, one-third to do with your forum categories, and one-third to do with the Moderators enforcing your rules. No perfect triangle is complete without all three points, and such it is also with forum communities (albeit simplified explanatory versions like this).
