Problem with silkroadforums site. Edited.

Ok since yesturday 1:00 pm i cant access to this site. it always redirects to this site
any idea who can cause this? i cleared chase didnt helped.
But i can enter with proxy.
EDIT. DAMN I CANT EVEN ACCESS WITH MY MOBILE PHONE.........

I couldn't access the site yesterday too but it works fine today.
Oh shouldn't this be in site discussion btw.
