How to appeal a permanent ban?

Any succession? Tips?
Can a permanent ban be lifted?

Send an email to the admins and plead your case. All bans can be lifted given a compelling case.

does a "I did not mean to bot, I was on the toilet and my little brother was supposed to grind for me when I was gone, but he downloaded a bot since he couldn't be arsed to kill 500 monsters for 0.01%" work? :sohappy:
