Align tags

I'd like the use of Align tags here, for posts and signatures. I tried every variation of BBCode I could think of and the conclusion I've come to is that it's just not implemented. I can't think why.

Well I want HTML table code. Unless there's a BBcode table of which I am unaware. It would be very helpful in the guides section. But it's not a priority.

HTML will never be allowed, sadly
Bad HTML code or mistakes sometimes destroys the entire page.
We had posts on the helpernet we couldn't even delete because the page wouldn't appear, because of an html mistake.
This could also be used maliciously.
I dont think ALIGN tags are implemented in PHPBB.
I will look at the source code for the preg_replace() functions, and see if I can patch them in easily.

if you enable html people can have vulgar movies and sound files running through a thread. In an old forum i moderated there was a thread that would play a sound bite of mad max whenever it was clicked on. So annoying seen as it was a high traffic thread. Couldnt be deleted because it was too valued by the community and couldnt edit the post because nobody knew who did it. all we culd do is wait for 50 posts to fill the page

I'm not asking for HTML so don't worry.
Just Align tags that I've seen on other forums that use BBCode.

A mistake in the table tags will destroy all the 999 nested tables that make up this page.
Based on that, its guarunteed to be abused as well.
