I don't know if anyone ever requested those, but I think they would be useful. Include a system of limited use for them, too.

A rep type system has been long discussed; tho this concept is a little different. Rep systems rate people. This would rate posts. So the real question is, do we need something that rates post and on what kind of scale

I'm getting tired of opening a thread and seeing the same post quoted over and over with; "+1", "I agree", [nothing just a quote], "lol". With a rep/thumbs system they could just rep and leave since they have nothing else to add to the conversation anyway.
