IE: Tools, Internet Options, General Tab, clear cache, clear cookies buttons
Firefox: Tools, options, privacy, settings, check "cookies" and "cache" then clear private data
If faith is a crutch, I'm not limping anymore.

you can also delete just this forum's cookies by
clicking the delete all board cookies button near
the bottom of the forum.
