When there will be a image for the server helios and also a sub-forum in server community forums?

Let's line up some things that might help speed up your mind.
1) It's happened for every server. (when the flag/admin was ready)
2) It's happened for every server. (when the flag/admin was ready)

Going by that, I don't think Helios will have a flag, nor a sub-forum.
