A photoshop / gim sub-section "post your" section.

It works like this:
Someone makes a topic with a picture, and others post photoshop/gimp edits they made of that picture.

Mehh, could be done in a Topic, we don't need a sub forum for it unless we're getting those types of topics like every day.
