I was looking through my old posts and I saw the "tedtwillger" (sp?) is banned.

And I think I have seen JKME banned.

Could I please know why?

I ask this because I used to play with them for a bit and I'm curious.

I wasn't aware of his ban until i saw it in Priams sig, but im pretty sure it was because of being a consistent problem to some people.

About tedwilliger, not sure, but I think it's because he made a really pointless bot accusation.
And Crumpets for arguing with a mod so he got banned (guess which mod. ). Basically, he got banned for not shutting up when told repeatedly. And all in all I myself don't miss him.

crumpets was heavily warned several times before
he got banned. basically he was pushing the limits
at least twice a week. sure, he was one of the faces
of srf, and priam, you also know how i feel about
his ban. but rule-wise, his ban was completely legit.
he was banned for a good reason and had it coming for
a long time. so i stand behind his ban 100%.

Has no one thought about a reform in these policies yet?
There are going to be flames that's a given without them this place would freeze over, they keep this place toasty warm and a lot of the time there deserved. The concept of banning someone that uses a loader for 7 days is hilariously absurd and the fact that it's been going this long is ridiculous. They get to come back and yet there still using it so what was the point? I see absolutely no logic in that. This needs to be reversed.
You give the temporary bans to the people that cause a forest fire and you give the permanent bans to the people that use 3rd pt programs. At least when a person gets a temporary ban for flames they would come back and remember that they got a temporary ban and they'll think twice in causing another major fire. You give them warnings but giving them a short temporary ban is more effective.
