Could we get a yay or nay on this from one of the Admins please? It would be nice to have a larger canvas size to make a decent sig and I don't think the slight increase in size will effect daily forum use much in terms of stretching and scrolling, if at all really.

Yes. I have an Aizen Avatar which is 150 X 150 in the works.. Being allowed for displaying will make me a happy camper.

On a More Serious Note,

The Mods and I spoke it over, and we came to a conclusion that 100x100 avatars are actually of a really good size, 150x150 will make the forum a little cluttered, and you always have the option to put whatever art which you wanted to show off in the 150x150 avy in your sig.

I do hope you users agree with us keeping the Avatars as they are. Thank you for suggesting it though, and please keep suggesting future improvements.

They already said no and for some odd reason I feel like it was cin' doing who convinced them into thinking it would make forums "cluttered". I hope he get's cavities from eating to much catnip.

In those 100x100 pixels we currently have available you can put a lot of stuff. You should be happy that we have the size 100x100, most forums have it 64x64, some have it even totally disabled for normal users.

Please spare me from this half assed argument. We realize they are avatars and not signatures the size would probably never be asked to be increased again seeing how 150 pixels is a reasonable size to ask for. If you look now to the left side where the user information is ( name, location, post count, etc) there is a faint white line that separates it from the comment, if the size was increased the avy would reach just shy of that line, nothing would be stretched--hell other then peace of mind and more option as far as canvas size goes no one will even notice the difference. Who cares what other forums have this is for our forums. If I wanted I could just as easily say that other forums also provide 150x150 pixels for their users so should we.

I'm sure everyone is happy with what they have it was just a suggestion that was made/discussed and deemed not worth it, end of story. No one fussed over it or mentioned it again except Dopp who probably only did because he didn't see Key-J's post.

I think that fits very nicely and it looks damn good and is something a little fresh from what we've had for so long. People didn't like the server flags when we got them but now there accepted. The more we have to our disposal the more enjoyable this place becomes and this place has been lagging it for a long time.

Nice, you tried so hard to save face so I'll give it to you as gently as possible.

A forum is a collection of individuals creating a community who discuss different topics with in them self. An avatar is like the face of said individuals and most people like to set that ( and signatures) apart from everyone else making it unique to them selves and it's as it should be aswell. If all you're looking for is to read new things rather then interacting with the community then I suggest you go look up some news sites.

Think of me however you want. I don't really care. I liked to chat on the forums times ago, but now it's getting more and more like a war between different 'teams'. The first one I can tell you is the so famous Venus vs the-whole-rest. Most of the Venus people just bitch around on other's while they could give them useful tips and hints how to get rid of boters in their servers. I feel sorry for those Venusians that help others and are victims of the flames. The same goes for the others.

Then there is the legit vs bot war. Even a simple zoom hack will lead to a ban. What's wrong with it? It's not like you'd deal more damage or anything. But there are also pk2 edits which are allowed on the forum. Why that? It's modification of files and it's allowed, while a zoom hack can be applied without editing the actual Silkroad files.

I could go on, but I'll shut up and leave you alone here. I'm just wasting my precious time my replying and reading nothing but bullshit... <>_<>
